I push my body muscle to a limit.. few my biceps and abs is aching.. is good news.. next time going to run 4k ++ today ran 3k++ road..

push to the limit is good :)

yes i run again.. past few days have not been running due to rainning at the wrong time. Today new route about 3km + a road that normal human would not walk. That the good thing for running, you able to run to places where no one go before and explore it :)

NTU RUn

Today went to NTU with K and WH. Suppose to run. reach there ran 1 round, 30 push up and done.. cause was running and make me don feel like running.. after that went to imm to have dinner.. eat chicken with swordfish with collar.. here some picture :)

Woodlands Circle

Yeah today run some where at Woodlands Circle .. the route is some how longer than the usual road i took but still i manage to complete it.

tonight around 7+pm the moon is super big and yellow when it came out of the horzion.. here is the picture.. using my Nexus One again :


ya the round thing is the moon, big and bright. Very rare..

around 8+ when i finish the moon is high up in the sky..

ok lastly, i planned a 20km road.. see if anyone want to joint me a not :) here is it..




Starting point will be at Nanyang polytechnic run till compass point, by that time will be 10k+ so we will run back to the school so total is 20km +.

anyway i read somewhere that actually human should run with barefoot.. running with shoe actually is hurting your legs/feet but we already use running with shoe so suck it up if any problem :)

Why i Create this blog

Why?

Cause I want to share my running experience and my running road. People complaining they cant run long distance, but do they give themselve a chance to take the first step to start running short distance first? I have lung, muscle and stamina, all this part of body need to be train. Im not a pro/god, just a normal human that need to train from scratch.

I started to hook on running after my NS, they give a nice training schedule to build up my endurance. After that join a few marathon and to stay fit so that I can score well in IPPT :( zz..

OK that all .. will post more when i go running..

Anyway.. some human got muscle and stamina but still cant run long distance, why?

You need 2 important things: ENDURANCE and MIND

Waterfront Park

Today 6.30pm i ran to Waterfront Park alone, cant find anyone to run with me. But still is a great expereince.

Here some pics:

Reach WaterFront park near 7pm, where the jetty is very windy and the smell of the sea.

Around 8+ Malaysia start to put free flow of firework. Using my Nexus One i took this picture:
